Collaborations

The South African Risk and Vulnerability Atlas has established formal partnerships with a diverse array of organisations. The efforts in which we have actively participated, alongside the contributions of our valued stakeholders, are prominently showcased on this platform.

This page will continue to evolve as new collaborative initiatives emerge. Click on an organisational logo to explore the websites, data products, and initiatives of our various stakeholders and partners.

The Department of Science, Technology, and Innovation (DSTI), through the National Research Foundation (NRF), established five Centres for Global Change (CGCs). Formerly known as the Risk and Vulnerability Science Centres (RVSCs), these centres are hosted at rural-based universities. They provide risk and vulnerability assessment services and data, making significant contributions to their communities while addressing global change grand challenges.
